• Firmware update
• Printed report if required
• Basic clean of chain & cassette
• Lube chain & drivetrain  
• Check alignment & tension of headstem & headset  
• Check tension of all bolts, ie. crank bolts, seat pillar, etc.  
• Inflate tyres  
• Check alignment & adjust cable tension of front derailleur
• Check alignment & adjust cable tension of rear derailleur
• Check alignment of derailleur hanger & straighten if required
• Inspect alignment of wheels / rims  ( Truing / Straightening of wheels $20 extra per wheel )
• Adjust front brake pad position and cable tension  
• Adjust rear brake pad position and cable tension  
• Check tension of bottom bracket  ( Removal & complete service of bottom bracket & housing $20 extra )  
• Front & Rear hub tension check  ( Axle removal & complete hub service $15 extra per hub )  
• Post service test ride
• This service is free for all Wheel Heat bikes purchased within 24 months
